Independent Director of our Company. She completed Master of Commerce from
the University of Rajasthan in the year 2020 and completed Bachelor of Commerce from Maharani
College, Jaipur in the year 2018. She joined our Company on August 22, 2023. She has experience of
nine months in the field of corporate secretarial matters. She is presently working as Secretarial
Consultant with Sumedha Corporate Services LLP as Associate w.e.f. January, 01, 2023.
