Babita Agarwal has more than 15 Years of Experience in Sales and marketing, she has completed her B.com and LLB. she has depth knowledge & expertise in various aspect of organization’s product sales, she has good understanding about the procurement of Raw Materials for organization at the competitive price, she can bridge the gap between the customer and organization to deliver them best product and service at the competitive market price
Mr. Mohit Agarwal-(Director)
Mohit Agarwal has more than 5 Years of Experience in Garments Industries, he has completed his BBA From St.Xavier’s College. Also having diploma in Business Management From NMIMS. He has good knowledge about Manufacturing. He knows and understands the technical aspects of manufacturing. He has attended many Textile & Garments fair, exhibitions and IPF. He has depth knowledge expertise and interest in Accounts management, manufacturing designing managed and handled many projects related to it. Apart from the professional and corporate life he also likes traveling and cooking in his spare time.
Ms. Pratibha Soni - (Independent Director)
Pratibha Soni is an Independent Director of the Company, She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Government Girls College, University of Kota, Bundi, Rajasthan, India and a master’s degree in Accountancy and Business Statistics from Government College, University of Kota, Bundi Rajasthan, India. She is also an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. she has experience in the field of human resource and in the field corporate secretarial matters, board governance practices and policies, shareholders’ relationship, regulatory compliances including those relating to Securities and Exchange Board of India, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and other statutory authorities, commercial and legal contracts, and compliance management and reporting to the board of directors and other stakeholders in relation to legal, secretarial, compliance and governance matters.
Ms. Harsha Tinker - (Independent Director)
Harsha Tinker is an Independent Director of the Company, She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Maharani College, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, India and a master’s degree in Accountancy and Business Statistics from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
